How Does ICT Cloud Disaster Recovery as a Service Work?

  • For cloud servers in Intel CPU architecture, replication is made from the Primary Site to the Secondary Site using Veeam Backup and Replication, Nutanix, and Zerto software.
  • SAP HANA Cloud servers in Power CPU architecture running on IBM LPAR are replicated to the Secondary Site as DB to DB over HANA DB. This is a process that your BASIS team should activate.
  • In case the ICT Cloud Primary Site cannot be accessed, the customer decides to switch to the Secondary Site, informing the ICT Cloud team, the transition plan to the Disaster Site is implemented.
